Re: The Chef

I'm a private chef/caterer based in NYC. The best thing about being New York based is that I have many chefs to be inspired by and learn from. I bring a fine dining experience into the homes of my clients. This is presently a part-time pursuit; by day I work in the courts in the Bronx County getting young felons out of jail and into a program to earn a sentence alternative to incarceration.

I'm happily married to a beautiful wife who supports my culinary aspirations. We have a handsome son named Miles, who so far likes hummus, chicken, turkey, sweet peas, sweet potatoes and carrots. I'm hoping to put him onto things like duck prosciutto, foie gras baby food, hot and cold foams, and savory sorbets...eventually. Its encouraging to know that he's not so picky at this point.
